Welcome to createthat.ai ("we," "our," or "us"). By using this website you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What createthat.ai Is

createthat.ai is a free website of calculators, tools and guides for content creators. There are no accounts, subscriptions or payments. The paid app that used to run on this site has closed.

3. Using the Tools

• The tools give estimates. Earnings, watch time, eligibility, file size and listening time results are worked out from public data and typical figures, and your real numbers may be different. See our Disclaimer.
• Some YouTube tools use YouTube API Services. By using them you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
• Please use the tools the way a person would. Don't send automated or bulk requests, scrape the site, or try to get around the limits that keep the tools running for everyone.

4. Free Downloads

Our free library (stock images, b-roll clips, music, sound effects and LUTs) and some posts offer free downloads, such as YouTube banners and wallpapers.

• You can use them in your own videos, channels, social posts and projects, personal or commercial
• You don't need to credit us, though a link back is always appreciated
• Please don't sell or share them as a download pack, or claim them as your own work

5. Our Content

• The guides, tools, code and design on this site belong to us. You're welcome to quote a short part and link to the page, but please don't copy whole pages or tools.
• YouTube, CapCut, Clipchamp, Google and other product names are trademarks of their owners. createthat.ai isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.

6. Links, Ads and Affiliate Links

Our pages link to other websites that we don't control. We show Google ads, and some pages have affiliate links. If you buy through an affiliate link we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you.

7. No Warranty

The site is free and provided "as is." We may change or remove any tool or page at any time. The Disclaimer explains the limits of our responsibility.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by Australian law.
